Black Rock Bakery's Roasted Hog Roll. Made with succulent pork & Bramley Apple Sauce and our Premier sausage roll seasoning, encased in a rich puff pastry. Topped with a seasoned pork scratching crumb. All ingredients are carefully selected for the best  flavour.

Convection oven at 180c 

Deck oven at 225c

40 - 45 minutes.

Storage

Store frozen at -18c

Cook from frozen

For best results, cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
